You must request cancellation at least 2 days before you are scheduled to be rebilled. We cannot give you a refund for the unused portion of time. However, we will give you the full 30 days of access. NOTE: As of November 3rd, 2004 most of our customers were switched to new ccBill accounts and the iBill accounts were deactivated. Please attempt to look up your account in ccBill first even if you joined initially with iBill.
